SPACELAB
Spacelab was created in 2000 by Avio (70%) and the Italian Space Agency - ASI - (30%) under the name of ELV S.p.A.
On May 9, 2018, it was renamed Spacelab S.p.A.
Spacelab develops innovative technologies in the space access sector in order to create a competitive advantage for our country, taking part in projects financed by ASI and the European Union.
Main activities :
• Research and development of new technologies and test infrastructures in the space transport sector;
• Creation and management of facilities for research, development and testing;
• Participation in publicly and privately funded research, development and test programmes, contractual agreements and consultancy services.
